England Loose early Wickets after NewZealand posting375

England lost two early wickets in reply to New Zealand's 375 as their hopes of saving the series faded after defining another black cap, partnered by BJ Watling in Hamilton on Saturday.

When New Zealand faltered, the hero of his first Test awarded Daryl Mitchell the sixth wicket for 124 runs in the first innings.

England then went on to stump Dom Sibley and Joe Denly for 39 for two. With just three days left, England had little chance of building a big total to win the Test and Sibley was out for four, not long after he was dismissed by Tim Southee and at the helm. Got hit.

Joe Denley was also dismissed for four, caught by Matt Henry, while Rory Burns scored 24 not out, scoring 24 not out. Joe Root, who has dropped out of the series, did not have six.

While Southey and Henry pressured England that tourists struggled to maintain the same dominance in the grounds for almost two full days.

He removed both overnight batsmen on day one and then lost the initiative as Watling and Mitchell staged their repair mission before Stuart Broad removed both batsmen before the tea break.

Watling, whose double century gave New Zealand a sweeping victory in the first Test, was dismissed for 55 off the last ball before the interval, while Mitchell resumed play in the fourth over.
