Posted Date:-6/12/2019 4:18:09 PM

Earlier, ISRO had successfully launched Chandrayaan-1. It was launched on October 22, 2008. Now India has kept the first picture of Chandrayaan-2 lunarcraft in front of the world with its ambitious mission. It will be launched from 9 July to 16 July.

Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) had earlier said that Chandrayaan-2 Lunarcraft will take a passive experimental instrument of NASA to the moon. The US Agency will work to measure the distance between Earth and Moon through this module.

Apart from the exotic experimental module, Chandrayaan 2 has three modules namely Orbiter, Lander (Vikram) and Rover (Pragyan). Chandrayaan-2 will carry 13 Indian payloads in this mission, which will conduct various scientific experiments and take photographs of the moon. About NASA's module, Sivan, President of ISRO, gave the information.
