Nearly 300 arrests in London climate change protests.

In London, More than 300 people have been arrested in London in protest against climate change, which brought parts of the city to a standstill.


Protests and thousands of people participated in the campaigners blocked a pink boat park in Oxford Circus and blocked many roads of the extinction group of extinction.


The protest demonstration groups were organized by the revolt of extinction, which was established by academics in the UK last year and has become one of the world's fastest growing environmental movements.


Police said, protesters closed a bridge and major central road junctions in the beginning of a civil disobedience campaign on Monday, in which action was seen in other parts of Europe.

London's Metropolitan Police said that 290 arrests had been done till Tuesday evening.

The figures of the arrest included three men and two women, who were detained in Britain's energy giants Royal Dutch Shell's offices on suspicion of criminal damage.Campaigners dumped graffiti and broke a window into the Shell Center building.


Majority of the arrested public order were seized for violation of the laws and to obstruct the highway.
